Unless its from the man himself I'm not buying. Anyone can claim he got the information from Oleg, bet they're real close buds.:rolleyes: Probably a good guess regarding the release though. I do wish the sim is released sooner but this year is out from what I gathered from Ivan.

Once Oleg posted he had to finish SoW for christmas 2008. Now I'm happy to see that they try to finish the sim first instead of thinking about a profitable release date. Each of us shurely wants a finished game.

Oleg informed me, 28AUG2008, the PC Specifications for BOB will be announced May '09, and the release date will hopefully be late-post summer '09.

I guess he knows Oleg... Yeah sure. Oleg would tell him and keep the rest of the world in suspence :grin:

And I eat humble pie, see Oleg post confirming this as a likely release date!!!!!!

Hmmm, ah well. It seems everytime i get excited by an Oleg post here that i then find out that its going to be at least another year.... Hopefully if there are no problems we may see something this time next year, if there are technical problems then it could go to 2010. If we looking at that kind of time frame it would be nice if someone had the time to finish the 4.09 patch.

Yeah, I think we should have a whole thread called humble pie. And it's a big pie too, so we'll need a lot of people chewing on it.
