Language not displayed
 

Whenever someone says anything in the multiplayer chat in Russian it is not displayed as Russian (Cyrillic) letters, but as random Gibberish, i.e general encoding issues.
I tried to set Non-Unicode programs to run in Russian language but it didn't help.
This is really annoying because I can't understand anything that is written in any language other than English. Any help would be appreciated.
