Looking for the Ho-229
 

Just loaded '46 today but not finding it. Is it an add-on or at the end of a campaign?

Look for the Go 229. 1946 uses that designation. The aircraft should be available from the normal aircraft list in the quick mission builder.

There's also a Go229 single mission that comes with the game by default. If I remember right its a recon flight interception.

Get the nose down quick if you're not moving fast at air start. The jet has little power at low speed, lots of power at high speed. Trying to climb even a tiny bit from QMB start is a good way to to just flounder along.

IIRC there are tracks worth watching that came with 1946, the 229 wiping out bombers is in one of them.

BTW,you mixed the designations.It was Go-229 or Ho-IX.
