How to mod the rage cap?

I used the spell, Calm Rage, and it lowered my rage cap to 37.

I need to mod the cap back up to 67.

shift + ` opens the console.
type : rage 67

Wow. Such a simple fix. I started to install a trainer to fix it, but didn't see that it would actually fix the problem.
