Issue with shaking cocpit view

Hi guys,

I'm having an annoying problem with shaking view while being in cocpit position. As soon I switch to external view problem disappear and game runs smooth. The problem starts a week ago. I bought a new rig two weeks ago and during "optimalization" I probably did something what CoD doesn't like.
My current setup:
i5-3350 3,1Ghz
GA-B75m
8GB RAM
GTX 650 OC 2GB
500W
Track ir
X52
CH pedals
Microsoft sidewinder FF

I did a lot of different attempts to get rid of the annoying shaking or stuttering.
1. disconecting all peripherals and combinations - to check if there are no conflicts between
2. track ir - with and without
3. graphic setup up and down
4. controls - removed all head/view keys,hats
5. replaced the conf.ini
6. reinstalled the game

None of the above steps helps. No matter if it's autopilot on or game paused the view keeps shaking.
( On my old computer all 12 pixels were running OK:))

Thanks in advance.

short update.
turn off the vsynch in Nvidia
turn off the aero in windows 7
To turn off the aero has a temporarily effect. After switching off I run the game in offline everything runs smooth no stutters (FPS 40-50). After maybe half an hour testing I went to Atag and stutters were back (FPS 30-40). Took a hurri for a ride, but since the stutters keep the same I decided to try another server. I went to Raven... AI and here the game run OK no stutters. After some flying I switched to offline again and stutters were back also in offline mode.
I was reading all kind of threads about clod tweaking, but none from what I tried has real effect on stutters.
Any idea what could be the way out ?
Thanks
