Problem with partners
 

I created a mission with three Ju88 attacking a convoy. I started the mission with aircrafts parked, engines off. The two AI Junkers can't take off, they start the engines but then they crash while taxiing. After three attempts I gave up and gave instructions to meet me in the air and then go together to the target, creating a waypont "escort" for them where to meet, and another waypoint "attack target" by the ships . The two idiots don't wait for me at the meeting point, they keep on to the target and once there they don't attack, just flying around till the flak gets them. Surely I'm doing something wrong:confused:
