Hey, what was the name of the necklace that lowers leadership requirement for dragons?

Lets see there was the Eye of the Dragon and Draconix.

Draconix, -20% leadership for dragons.Artifact. The eye of the dragon is regalia and gives +500 Leadership and -50% atack or defence( can't remember exactly) for enemy dragons.
