Ice for the imp quest, help

Ok so far Fastland island seems to be my doom, after the fiasco with the zombified cellar dweller now I cant find a piece of ice for the imp on an island made of nothing but ice. Any helpful tips on its location?

I found it on one of the small pieces of land surrounding the main ice island(can't remember the name of the ice island). Either take the boat or fly to the smaller pieces of land surrounding it. It's also buried, so you'll have to walk around until you find the place to dig.

Go east,small island surrounded by ice with a sign on it...dig :)
