Amazon availability?

It was announced that pre-orders would be available on Amazon...Game launch has come and gone and it is still not available on Amazon. When will the game be available on Amazon?

Just checked Amazon.com. It does have a digital version BUT the site states -
"Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address."

What about the rest of the planet?
and more importantly, What about the disc version?

C'mon guys, sell me a disk, let me play too

Yes, would like to see this on Amazon...preferably without having to involve Steam in any way!
