Where are custom loadouts saved?

Can someone point me to the file where the custom loadouts are saved?

Thankyou. I'm looking for my custom Hurricane loudout, but the user.ini file only contains an entry for the spitII. My Hurricane loadout is still available when I get into the game so I presume it's stored in the steam cloud. How to get it from the steam cloud into my user.ini?

There are two User.ini files - one is in the 1csoftclub folder and the other is in the steam/userdata/79773507/63950/remote folder. The one stored in steam is the one my game reads for MP. The user.ini in the 1csoftclub folder seems to be for SP offline. Thats how loadouts work with my installation.
