Luckless Hunter - No Unicorn Horn

So killed the unicorn, no horn, cannot complete quest.

Bug?

Anyone else get this?

Where i can find this quest?
I'm on the Tungsinn and want to leave and i read that you must not leave island cause then unicorn wont drop horn

I completed the Quest fine! Then again, I'm on 6249/6249 Build. (start saved game/current patch) :)

It is broken in every other start saved game build though.
