No Serial # with New Purchase?
 

So I purchased Men of War: AS GOTY Edition yesterday on bestbuy.com as a digital download. I installed it fine with the info provided by the bestbuy site but did not receive a serial to input. I contacted BB and they reordered the game for me for free thinking the new order would generate a serial but it did not. I was then told to contact 1C to get a serial since best buy gets their serials from the maker of the game. Does this sound right?

Something fishy going on but yes contact 1c through whatever means u can find.

Yup, I sent them an email with my purchase receipt showing the order and then the reorder that was done by best buy. I can say I have never had an experience like this before, but I see on the best buy forums that other people have had issues similar to this with other games.

Well, Support is contacting best buy to find out why the purchases dont have serial numbers with them. Wouldn't suggest purchasing download version from there! Would really love to play...
