1. You'll need a mod pack like Dark Blue World from SAS. (pretty easy to install, as it was made to be simple)

2. Some good skins like vpmedia's :P

3. His shots are edited for contrast and color, but you can achieve about the same effect by editing color and gamma settings in the software for you graphics card.

Just go to the SAS website and you'll find many nice things as well info and tips :)
