Are the bluelines gone hd6950
 

Hi all,i was just wondering if people who own a HD6950 still have the blue lines in the sky with the latest patch?

Yes I think so, didn't notice them in the short stint I had yesterday.

Interesting to note, is BOM going to be on a more advanced version of the engine? Because this screenshot: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/attachm...0&d=1343394985 shows blue lines even in BOM!

They're fixed in this beta patch though... why is it that we always hear about the less important features? A full changelist wouldn't go astray!

That's a different bug and it is evident on nvidia cards too, the anti three blue lines was far more obvious and definite.

They've solved it in a really interesting way, I believe it was a problem with the distant haze etc, they've faded out that haze as you approach the ground. This means you'll still get the effect if you look at a hill or something else whilst near, but not very near, the ground.
