Desynchronization LAN problem

Hello guys, I just bought Men of War but whenever I try to play on lan with my brother I have a desynchronization problem but I can't fix it. Already tried to uninstall and install several times (both of us), even tried to install the patches but nothing worked. Someone give me a hand please.
