Patching confusion

I am confused as to wether I have the latest patch or not.

When I fire up the game it says "V 4.11m" but I seem to understand 4.11.1 is a different thing? And I've also heard of a 4.11.1m?

I have a very slow internet so I would very much like to avoid downloading a wrong patch.

Thanks, you're a pal.

Is there a changelog too?
4.11m came with a very nice .pdf that explained what changed (mostly the AI was described) and showed the new planes

There is a Readme with the patch.
