Can someone un confuse me

I was just wondering if the launcher problem is related to the menu locking up after a mission in multiplayer. I never have CTD"s but always have my menu lock up after i fly a mission on ATAG server. I will leave my plane, try to choose the next plane and nothing i click works. Must restart.

I was confusing this with ctd ( silly I know)

Do you try to click on the flags?

Does this happen every time?
Because the menu will become unresponsive when the server has crashed, if this is the case it shouldn't happen every flight and you'll get a timeout about 2 minutes later.

believe it or not I solved the issue. I would always start the mission by choosing the side with the flag choose base then plane selection, loadouts ect... So far so good. I will finish a mission, land, get killed ....usually...lol, hit escape and then repress the flag since i thought this was the correct way. It would then ask me if i want to choose a different plane and of course i would say yes but at this point , none of the buttons will work , i would exit the game and rejoin. Well after reading your post Kodiak, after finishing a mission, i just tried to press the base icon instead of the flag and i was able to happily re-enter a new plane and was able to fly several missions on atag this morning and choose several different planes from same base ..... If I dont do it this way, the nenu will lock up. Thanks all
