why are political threads allowed

5. Political and religious discussions are prohibited.

why people can engage in insane arguments like climate change denial into justificating petrochemical companies crimes against humanity and i cant post offtopic on realtivity falsness

Specht 06-11-2012 11:46 AM

I have an idea, I'll get a bunch of people stoned on different types of drugs, and get them to read raaaid's threads...

The results should be quite interesting.

raaaid 06-11-2012 11:52 AM

the rules are to be followed by ALL

this is not the natzis where those in power behave arbitrarily ignoring the rules

all right lock my threads for the sanity clause but lock those political as well, still ill keep on hiding the crazier parts, like i didnt learn to do that in real life

arthursmedley 06-11-2012 12:20 PM

Don't worry Raaaaid. If there was a sanity clause these boards would be empty.

No one denies climate change - the sun rises in the east and sets i the west. But man can't change it nor prevent it.

And climate change isn't man made. You'll never ever ever be successful at making the connections that humans are connected.

It will do what it no matter what.

as a matter of fact for the most part i dont read political threads, but since haters feel the urge to read my threads and attack me and i get infractions just for mentioning jesus since the different one will be hated i just expect the same rules that apply for me to apply to the rest

i admit i falll withing the sanity clasue but what about the no politics rule?

i find that an ofensive comment, human made climate change denial is sponsored by the criminal petrochemical companies who are destroying the planet for a profit

saying man doesnt affect climate is like saying we should keep destroying the planet cause we live good not minding the future of our sons

it doesnt matter weather its true or not it matters that the people who avogue for it are implicitly saying we can keep destroying the planet as we have been

thats the obvious agenda climate changing denial has

Raaaid, I don't think you should be silenced but you have to understand that your often incoherent writing/rambling annoys people sometimes.
You seem to be annoyed at manmade warming denial..now imagine if 5 threads about it were made daily and the offtopic section here was flooded with only that.

This is still a privately owned forum where the owners (and by proxy their mods) can ban anyone they dislike, no argumentation or reason needed. Thank god this isn't the case but keep getting on peoples nerves by trying to draw attention to yourself and fishing for reactions and who knows...
Solution is to make your own forum/blog, which is very easy these days, so you can say whatever you want to anyone who wants to listen. Ofc we both know your audience would be much much smaller and that's the opposite of what you crave.

Here's a vid to cheer you up though.

raaaid's been around long enough (and some of his detractors have been around just as long) that most folks know raaaid and his ramblings. If they feel the need to read his posts, knowing how he writes, then there really is no excuse for for their negative actions. You either enter the conversation or you ignore him. Some bait, and make derrogatory comments instead.

People have to be responsible for their own actions. Blaming raaaid (or any other forum member) for them losing their cool is wrong.

Now wether the hosts have an issue with raaaid and consider his posts as spamming and need to do something is a different pair of socks.

I believe the existense of Twitter validates all of raaaid's detractors, if he just wants a place to spout crap all day then why doesn't he use a tool designed for 'exactly' that purpouse?......my guess is because he is scared it will give people a 'real' option to not see his garbage, I reckon the only time people ever get drawn into a raaaid post is when someone has replied and curiousity makes you want to see what was said.
