Stupid Patch Question
 

Im trying to install the beta patch but I cant get it to work. After I downloaded the patch, I extracted the ILCOD_17582 file into: Program files, steam, steamapps, common, IL2 Sturmovik cliffs of dover. I checked and the file is there but when I start the game it still says im running version 1.05.15950. Please help, I cant play on the ATAG server with my current version.

I know its a dx10 only patch, but my crappy 9800GT has dx10. Is there something im missing?
