Men of War: Problem (Connecting...)
 

Hi,
I purchased Men of War (the first one) and I tried the "Internet" mode, but the only message (after the first one) that comes up is "Connecting..." and nothing else happens.
(I have never been able to play online)

I have:
Deactivated firewall
installed the patches
contacted 1C
Searched the forums

Q.1. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Q.2. Does anyone else have this problem?

Myself and another friend are having the exact same issue. Never a problem in past... why??

If you are using a router make sure that the router forwards all the ports required for the game and gamespy as well, further in some cases there are few routers that simply have issues with certain games.

If you are directly connected to internet without router/nat then there would be no problem assuming you dont block anything on your computer.
