See what modding does for a game and company!

I think we have all the zombies we need already...

Bah, I'm getting so damn sick of Zombie-games that it's not even funny. Sure, some of them are fun, but it's about as overdone as it can be at this point. I play ARMA II because of it's inherent realism, not to kill zombies. If I wanted to kill Zombies, Dead Island or Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 would be my first choices.

S!

See what Iron Front became..from a mod to a full blown game :) And imagine what would happen with a well documented SDK released to IL-2 :D Sky would be the limit :D

How can they release an SDK when they are no where near close to having a stable, playable, game engine?

Guys, you know I've been around IL2 for a very long time. I've been a "fanboy" and been accused of it many times.

Well, no longer.

There is no way the the new expansion "BoM" will see the light of day in the next year. Sorry, but that's how I see it. 1C will pull the plug on this entire franchise long before this game engine is really ready for any kind of "gold" release. They will have no choice.

Sad days.
