Disk will not run
 

My son just got this game from Amazon. It will load on my computer but not my sons. His computer has XP. I tried going to the Steam site and entering the serial keys but a message came up saying invalid key.One of the keys is in xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx the other is in xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. :evil:

It would be nice if customer service would respond so we can fix this problem. :confused::-x
