An annoying sound problem
 

I'm hoping that there's an easy solution to this problem.

I'm missing a sound. The Blenheim idle sound isn't there. I get a start up sound, I get the spluttering, but once it's running, there's absolutely no sound from either engine until I throttle up to 10-20%.

Before the latest patch, every so often, I'd hop in a Blenheim and the engines would be very quiet. I'd try respawning a few times and eventually I'd have a Blen that had normal sounding engines. Maybe I'm missing a file somewhere.

I've just gone through an uninstall/reinstall, but the problem is persisting.

Any ideas?

Quick edit:

A play with the sound slider seems to have resolved the issue, but it is all a bit strange. It was originally in the middle of the slider, I maxxed it out, and the idle sounds worked. I put the slider back where it was, and the idle sound stayed. Strange.
