401 Squadron Scramble Tonight

To RAF Pilots, 11 group:

401 Squadron will be scrambling tonight on ATAG's Axis vs Allies server at 9:30pm EST. If you'd like to join us, hop on the 401/501/64 teamspeak server around 9:00ish and join the pilots there. Connection for the TS server is:
85.236.100.27:24637

And if anyone is potentially considering joining a North American time zone squadron, it'd be a great time to come and chat and fly with us!

Tally ho!

Hey I'm in, will definitely make it if I'm not busy tonight. I am curious though - I just checked out your forums and it looks like you're a (mostly) hurricane squadron. Who will you be fighting against? Is this a coop style event (vs. Ai) or up against another squadron?

I've been looking for any sort of organized event since joining the forums so it sounds great either way.

401 and 501 are flying those rocks called hurris, 64 flies in the mighty spitfire, so don´t listen to wolverine, join 64, we have cookies :D

I just downloaded Teamspeak(new to that, too). Where do I put 85.236.100.27:24637?

fire up Teamspeak

Connection -> Connect ->
enter 85.236.100.27:24637 in the ip field
enter your nick and hit connect

once you have done that, i would suggest to add that server to your favourites, so you don´t have to type in everything again and again and again....

cheers

Good flying with you last night, mate. You were a day late for the scramble, though! Hehe.

9:30pm EST on Tuesday (the night of the flight) works out to 11:30am Wednesday, Hobart time.

Good flying last night, though. Thanks for the escort back. Now would someone please collect my Hurricane from outside the pub in Deal?

Was my wife's birthday yesterday so couldn't make it, but there will be other times.

To anybody interested or curious about our squadron activities take a look here, everyone is welcome regardless of standard.

For campaigns we fly historical types, for casual stuff there is no restriction.

The night went well on Tuesday. We had a flight of five aircraft. It was all great fun until launcher.exe crashes started ruining things.

PATCH PLEASE!!!!!*)(#$#%$#
