direct connect game for friends
 

Since there is no info in the manual concerning making a direct connection game for myself and few friends to fly on, does anyone here have detailed instructions on doing just that. I've tried unsuccessfully many times to make one but it is very frustrating.
A detailed set of instructions for making a mission like in IL2 from which your friends can join in on would go a long way to satisfying a number of my members in the 352ndFG. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds to this thread.

The host goes to the server section(under multiplayer) and creates a server.The clients go to the client section(under multiplayer) and click on direct connect and input the hosts ip address and port number.

Missions are a little more difficult because of the scripting.But a basic map can be made using the fmb.It is very similar to 1946.

There is a good mission building sticky.

If your hosting the game yourself from your machine and playing Im pretty sure it shows under lobby - not client...
