King's Bounty Platinum Won't Run!
 

Purchased and downloaded from Amazon. Played through King's Bounty Legend fine. Tried to play Armored Princess/Crossworld, and it won't load. Have uninstalled and re-installed, uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled. Still won't load. Get "Unhanded exception in host library" error and can't find information on how to fix this to play.
