CD Key bound to another account

I recently built a new gaming rig and tried to run Men of War Assault Squad multiplayer, signing in with the same user name and password as I did for my old computer. It asked for my cd key and, when entered, said "CD Key is Bound to Another Account."

Please help me resolve this.
