best settings for my PC
 

Hello all, 2nd post on these boards,...

I have a IMO fairly good rig with a 2500K, 8gb and an GTX 560 ti 1GB...
Until i get a new screen i will run in a max res of 1680x1050.
What would be the best settings for good FPS (50?) with this system knowing that it's not really optimized ( no seperate partition for CLOD, antivirus running in the background...)

a sistem like these, its going to be mine this monday, except for the 2GB version of the card, if got some infromation, but the trees, put it to Low, and the terrain , and terrain shadowing or that, to medium, and buildings to mediunm and ulimited counter, i think the sistem can handle the terrain to high, but if you like 60fps constat put tese tings like this, or, test it ingame, when my pc comes, i will put all high instead of, forest,Bulding details ,and the 2 terrain options, i think its all of that, but the best is, test it yourself whit the track Black Death, its similar to a Multiplayer level, whit all of explosions and bla bla bla, Manu

You can look through a thread at the last link in my sig for settings that influence performance most and then reduce them one by one till you get satisfactory results.

Hi I run a similar system at 1920 x 1080.
I get 54 to 60 FPS The 60 FPS as I use VSYNC The antialiasing is done trough NVIDIA Control Panel.
I do not encounter minifreeses or image stalls.
