Does anyone have a gaming mouse, and did you program it?

Does anyone have a gaming mouse, and did you program it? I have a a Coolmaster Advance Sentinel gaming mouse, and it is highly programmable. I was wondering if anyone has gotten inventive and done any scripting for CLOD controls with a programmable mouse, and if so what did you program for use in CLOD? and any other good info?
