Black Screen of FRAPS
 

Hey Gang:
Used FRAPS years ago in "Fighter Ace" Just tried to use it in CLO, here's what I get

Launch FRAPS Shrink to tray
Launch COD and get only a "Black Screen" Ctl-Alt_Deleat shows "launcher has stopped working.

Ideas ??

Hello Knucks,

I have an old version of Fraps, v2.9.8 I think, which will only work if I don't have Teamspeak/TS notifier running.
I only found this out today.
Offline has always been fine.


Could your issue be something similar?

I wanted to get fraps for some COD shorts. I thought I read that you can always update to the newest version, dont know if that helps;)

Certain older versions of fraps don't work with Clod, i had to update mine, works fine now, version 3.4.6

Dutch: I should have just called you first

I disabled TS Notifier: and launched COD works now !!!

Your a bloody wizard ???????

Note: I have the most recent version 3.4.7

wonder what it is in TS notifier that screws with it
