ATI 6970 and stutters!

i still have some stutters in my game. And also have bad image quality. I have latest ver of the ATI driver and game patch. Every video settings are at max in the game. Here is my conf file and VGA 3D settings. Please help me if i am doing somethings wrong.

Guys, i also using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012. Is it possible that the program reducing the system performance?

Every Video setting turned to MAX?.. Resolution?

Im at 1920x1200 and not 'every' setting is maxed out for me..I couldnt unless i wanted low FPS are our systems are very much alike

Game res is 1024x768. When i turned my game graph settings to medium, i still have stutters. :(

Have you renamed/removed intro movie file?

Save your ini file and reinstall the game it's made difference for some. If your still getting lots of stutters on Med settings then I don't know what else to suggest sorry

Yes, i removed the intro movie and reinstalled the game. I am still have god damned stutters there. :(

Mate have you got these on any other games? Have you tried some benchmarking program's and stressed your system to see any similar effects?

You shouldn't be seeing lots of stutters with your rig unless you've got hardware problems but I can't think what would cause that apart from gfx related..

I'm wondering if you've damaged your gfx card maybe?

We all get micro stutters still afaik but from what your experiencing I'd say you've got another issue somewhere.

Can you borrow another gfx card and check that?

Put CPU back to stock?

are you flying online or offline?

iff you are testing online, for some reasons the AI causes more stutters than what they should.

He's got the same system give or take as me mate. Offline or Online he shouldn't be getting these problems like he is especially if he's tried it all on MED settings too.
