No Flags to pick Army
 

When I host a game in multiplier, we see on "flags" to pick "Army", but when I join someone else game, I do see the "flags" and can pick an "Army".

An ideas on how to fix that?

There is an option in multiplayer in the Realism settings, untick all the ones grouped together with "Cannot switchside". Bottom middle box of options. untick them all.
