What is a "Airfield SBA HAT Antenna"
 

I found this in the FMB but I can't seem to google an answer I can use.
I guess that it is a kind of radio-landing aid but not how, who and use.
Anyone know what it is and if it is usable in COD?

no idea.... lot of think are maybe useable but nobody know how to make them work.....

maybe in some month when the dev team will have time to make doc.
