Is Fullsceen Really Fixed In Upcoming Patch?

This cant be good for hardware, flickering between 2d and 3d like that.
Anyhow I have posted to examples below, this happens every time I'm in game and go to a menu, and also sometimes when i boot the game it flashes desktop too.
Am I the only one getting this?

Hi

I have this also, and sometimes a small black square at the top left of the screen with the desktop showing, but the games running and unable to access the gui after a 20 sec period it comes back up, but only happening when switching around from the FMB or the gui.

I believe its happening because the game isn't in fullscreen and the PC is attempting to run in both 2d and 3d at the same time.
Well its comforting to know I'm not the only one but not comforting to think its a few months shy of a year since release and its still there, this makes me fear it may be left as it is

I would hope that it'll be part of the upcoming gfx engine overhaul.

Mine jumps around but i think its because the resolution in game is different to my monitor.
Don't think its the same thing is it?
