a world mod?
 

is there any mod for men of war that lets you run the game like a real army like you see the world map[ and you can have fuel and supplies and you recruit armies and attack territories i know its a long shot just thought i might try or suggest this

Probably not Men Of War focusses on battlefield management and not on the whole logistics/world-wide coordination of troops, there are other games out there, Empire Earth is worth a look at if your into empire building through the course of time from the stone age to the future.

Perhaps one skirmish mission for vietnam, any template done?

Not that I know of, but the DCG (Dynamic Campaign Generator) is available that might solve the problem of Skirmishes.
