calling cmd file at startup

Does anyone know what file if any will automatically get called at startup ?

The old IL2 would automatically call server.cmd at startup. Is there such a file for CLod ?

Maybe rcu and srcu. I remember someone added commands to them to be run automatically at launcher.exe startup.
