How to load keybindings after reinstall

Hallo,

i reinstalled clod today and now i try to load my keybindings file i backuped before...

when clicking load or save as in options nothing happens...

any idea?

Good Morning,

i the spitfire.ini put into :

C:\Users\spitfire\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover

Still nothing happens...
