anyone in here able to control his eyelens focus at will?
 

its been one year since i started different exercises to heal shortsightedness

i have 8 dioptries so its quite a challenge

the improvement in this year its been massive but i lack the will so its difficult

my objective is learn to control the eye lens muscles conciusoluy

can anybody do this?

if so how many dioptries you consider you can vary the focus?

i just got to see almost perfectly for 30 secs without galsses :)

but i wonder why do i bother, why just no lazik

dont you think its impresive myself seeing perfectly without glases with 8 dioptires for moments?

im about to give it away :(

but IF I PUT MY GLASSES ON i dont see an aura AT ALL

if its an affect of the furry elmos skin with the green screen i should see it both with glasses or without it

BUT I ONLY SEE HIS HALO WITHOUT GLASSES

so the ignored question of the day will be:

do you see a bright purple halo around elmo in that clip?

Eye sight is directly related to how much you use your index finger. Corect me if I'm wrong guys but If you stop using your index finger Raaaid to push the post thread button you eye sight is sure to improve.;)

im trying to sound less bizarre lately to not upset people

but healing shortsightednes with exercises is not bizarre

and well elmos aura im trying to figure out if its an optic effect or elmo got some energy-force inside

for example could a thing that is loved very much by many children acquire some energy?

according previous polls ive done almost 100% of people can unfocus the eyes at will

the question that arises is how many dioptries can they unfocus their eyes

myself i dont think i can do it more than one dioptriy and i got eight so theres still a long way

well some months after i started my exercises i would see black hair people and wonder hey what a nice blue cap where there was no blue cap at all just the black hair shinning blue

i comeneted toa friend in amoment of drunk honesty that i saw black hair people shinning blue and he was shocked

but seems there are many people who see black hair shinning blue:

"Sometimes black hair can appear to shine silver-blue in the sun"

Chromatic aberration.

Light is focusing at different places, so one colour is not focused.

The blue colour on black hair is a reflection of the sky..shiny hair. His hair is also blue/black though.
