Need a simple take off mission example

Does anyone have a link to a mission where the plane starts on the ground? I have been trying to create my own mission using the FMB, but, even thought I set the 1st way point to 'Take Off' the plane still starts in the air. Any info would be great, thanks!

Do you have Mission Take-off and Landing unchecked in the Realism panel?
