Yes you can.
I reinstalled the first beta for this patch and it works just fine and it looks great.
I saved a copy of the whole install, just in case the next patch is just as good as this last one.

it depends on the beta patch you want to use. but if you want just the latest two beta ones (beta 1 and beta 2), they are ok to be put over the current game's version.
