Change of manned positions, canopy
 
Since the last patch the changing of multi-crew AC's manned positions (C key) and canopy open (O key) is not working; anyone can help me on this? thx

It's most likely that the patch has reset your difficulty settings.

Had this happen once, it had turned off realistic collisions so when I crashed I would bounce instead of blowing up.

If its not that then check your controls.
