Roll Rates
 

Sorry if this has been posted before

The roll rates of most of these aircraft seem far too slow, this has remained unchanged since Il2 sturmovik days. Sometimes I feel like a cessna 172 would do barrel rolls around me while im trying to invert a spit.

Is it just me?:-P

Depends on contols you use. If you don't use rudder: YES

... and ... it appears to me that initial roll rate isn't even modeled, ala 1946. Everyone is keen on the sustained, though ...
