i know mid way into the game you can buy them but is there a mod that give you what you need soo you can build you skill tree like you whant?

It's called cheating and deprives the game of its meaning, balance and overall point. Secondly, use the search function and google. There are enough trainers and cheats out there that can give you that.
Thirdly: yes there is such a thing. It is called playing the game through. I never ended up not having enough runes for what I wanted with any class.

i hate using code og cheats. i did that befor but i dont do that now is the game long? and it is lots of them runes? for paladin and warriro and mage ?

when i was mage i did have little of the other runes when i did buy them when i was mid way it was expansive

You can use this page. This flash app is probably even better. But the best option is to use Russian fan manual - unfortunately you need to know Russian language or will have to use some translator a lot.
