You have to disable it from the BIOS. IIRC it should not affect overclock.

Actually disabling hyperthreading decreases heat and increases (usually) overclocking headroom by up to 20% or so, so disabling it wont have any negative effect on your overclock. It may have a positive one though!

In bios is it abbreviated as "HT", is it right?

You can do this in UEFI?
How?

Tested this today with Black Death track, and on or off it made no difference at all to stuttering or fps, so I'm leaving it enabled.

Maybe it only makes a difference with higher clock speeds on the cpu? (I'm rubbish at this stuff).

Please note that from what i read, hyperthreading should only be turned off if you have a 4 core processer and the game only utilizes 4 cores. For two core processors and when playing games that are programmed to utilize 8 cores hyperthreading will provide better performance than turning off hyperthreading and overclocking further. This is why some people may or may not see an improvement. For il 2, only people with 4 core processors should see an improvement with no hyperthreading and overclocking. But for games like bf 3 hyperthreading will provide better performance.
