Torpedoes & bombs Bug
 

Good Morning Guys

I am French and a new member of this Forum , I Fly with the French squadron
"Escadrille des Resistants Francais" ,we play with the MOD 3.0 RC4 and we have a bug with torpedoes , sometimes they break in the water after launch and other times they do not hit the ship but run through of it without damage !!
For the bombs , this is the same thing ,sometimes they do not explode

Please, let me know if you had this kind of issue if you play with 3.0 RC4 and if yes , can you help us to solve this bug .

Torpedoes can break if you do not use the proper speed and launch parameters - check the 4.10 readme.
Torpedoes can go below the ship if launched at a too short distance.
Bombs need 2 seconds in the air before they hit anything, otherwise they will not explode.

So, release torpedoes at a longer distance with correct altitude and speed and release bombs from a higher altitude.

Thank you , we made a map with stationnary ships without defence , for
all kind of navyship ,torpedoes hit and explode ,hovewer we have time to
time the fact that torpedoes pass (under or through? )a ship ,
only the Tanker ship !!! (Torpedoes have been launch far from ship )

all other merchand ships we have no issues ,

anyway ,if we do not find the cause, we will remove this kind of ship for
our next missions
