Exception error when starting MOW:AS

when i start up MOW:AS i get to the loading screen with the countdown i skip that and i get to the loading screen and the error pops up. :(
i had the game working before the 1.97.7 patch. (btw im using steam version)

anyway to fix this? thanks, halo_banana99
