Question about the game

Hello, I love the car simulators, such as rFactor and RBR. I love this game and want to know if like the other games I mentioned, we can paint the cars as we want?, We can make skins?

Thanks, I have not found anything, I just want to know if we can change the textures of the car body to decorate at will using Photoshop for example.
