Axis planes mixed up Insignia
 

Call me picky but why do sometimes in quick mission, german planes have italian markings or vice versa, why cant I choose which country they are?

i can remember the comments here about the kiev gameshow vidoes how dump the players there would be because they flew 109s with british markings.
since release we know why :D

It's because it's a quick mission, so the countries are already set up. If the default plane in the mission is an Italian plane, then any plane you replace it with will have Italian markings whether it's German or British or whatever. Works the same for German and RAF planes

It's a bit of an annoyance, but I suppose you either make do or pick a different mission!

And that in a nutshell is what is so frustrating about CoD. Il-2 had a perfectly working, if somewhat dull, interface. Now in CoD, we have a perfectly dull interface that really doesn't work. Maybe it'll get sorted out in a future patch.
