Ability to set plane crew skill in quick mission

Will it be possible? Im missing this from il2 1946, I think it was something like novice, regular, skilled, ace ect

You can certainly do it in the FMB..

It would be super to permit the setting (controlling) of the AI skill level in the quick missions.

A a significant percent (as shown by the FMB poll) of players do not use or do not like the FMB.
