Force feedback

Anyone have found a solution yet to how to reduce the recoil effect on a FF stick when firing cannons?? Currently, my stick almost jumps off the table when firing the cannons which makes aiming more or less impossiblel. With realistic gunnery OFF the shake effect is still there but more like in other games (read il2 and BOB II) and I can actually aim with it but then the cannons are overpowered so this is not an option either...
Atm I prefer flying the 109 E1 due to the possibility of actually being able to aim when i shoot.
Funny enough the cannons on the BF110 dont have the "too strong" force feedback...

Your welcome!

Oh, and not sure if your aware of this.. but say you like the force feedback but hate the shake due to firing guns or some other feature

You can del the associated file and it will remove it

Basically I get rid of all the shake stuff associated with pulling the trigger and such and just keep the force feedback for the pressure on the stick feel

Start off by removing all the files and add them back in one at a time to see which ones you want to keep.

PS when I say remove, I mean make a copy of them and save them somewhere else

this work however, when I remove the file for the gunshake, I also lose the stall vibration!! WTH? That cannot be normal! Can you confirm this?

best regards

What we need are stick forces like in FSX, elevator forces and alieron forces that you can feel when you turn or climb.
